How to Order

New Prescriptions

For new prescriptions ACPHARM requires 2 items:

  1. The prescription.
  2. A completed Counselling and Pickup form

Both of these can be faxed – 02 8536 4155 –  or emailed – info@acpharm.com.au – to ACPHARM for processing.

PLEASE NOTE: Original prescriptions must be sent via post to:

The original prescription must be on the premises at ACPHARM before the product will be dispensed.

Freight

ACPHARM sends all parcels via overnight courier (please note that sterile products are not sent on Fridays) to most locations in Australia. The parcel is traceable, and you will receive an email containing the tracking number and link to trace the arrival of your patient’s product.
